Terms of Services

TERMS OF SERVICE – Atlas Excavation

1. Service Scope

Atlas Excavation rents excavators and related equipment to individuals, contractors, and businesses for construction, landscaping, and site preparation work. We do not provide operators unless agreed in writing.

2. Rental Periods & Rates

  • Rental terms may be daily, weekly, or monthly, as agreed at booking.

  • Rates are provided in writing and are subject to change without notice until confirmed.

  • Overtime or late returns may incur additional charges.

3. Bookings & Payment

  • All rentals must be booked in advance by phone, email, or written agreement.

  • A booking is confirmed upon payment of a deposit (typically 50% of total rental cost) unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment is due before equipment leaves our premises.

4. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery and collection can be arranged for an additional fee.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring site access and safe unloading/loading areas.

5. Equipment Use & Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for proper operation and maintenance of equipment during the rental period.

  • Equipment must only be used for its intended purpose and within manufacturer guidelines.

  • Any damage, loss, or theft occurring during the rental period is the customer’s responsibility and may be charged at repair or replacement cost.

6. Safety & Compliance

  • Customers must follow all safety regulations and operate equipment in a safe manner.

  • Atlas Excavation may refuse rental if the customer is deemed unqualified to operate the machinery safely.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before rental start may be refunded in full.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

8. Liability

Atlas Excavation is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of rented equipment. Customers assume all risk once the equipment is in their possession.
